Went out and bought a new cooker today,what a palarver,because I live in a flat,there are new rules,you can't buy any cooker,it has to be FSD (Flame Supervision Device) compatible.

Which means that if any other flat has their gas turned off,when they turn it back on mine won't come on automatically,only when I use my cooker.

There are only a few cookers that have this,but I managed to find one,and they are delivering on Friday,yay I am impressed.
